i’ve been feeling rly sluggish and a little down, so just to motivate myself and remind myself
Sometimes, you just need a nudge.
1. Drink a full glass of water. Imagine the water flushing out your anxiety/depression. Have it either iced, or heated.
2. Eat something healthy. Healthy eating is correlated with better mental health. It won’t help immediately, but know that your food choices could also flush out your anxiety.

I hope everyone who says they hate people sees this because this right here is why humanity is beautiful. People act like their aren’t good human beings in the world but I see stuff like this a lot and it just proves that there are plenty of great human beings in this world.
